 Evaluation The B1 Unit was a project to create a personal brand identity for future employers, clients, work placement and higher education providers. The unit can be broken down into 3 sections: research into my future options, undertaking networking opportunities & creating my brand identity.   For me, the unit helped me gain more knowledge about what my next steps can be and how being online has changed the creative industry. On 08.10.21, Leo Pearlman (Founder of Fullwell 73) did a talk, at the looking glass, about his company for the Sunderland Business Festival. Who is Leo Pearlman? Leo Pearlman is a managing partner for `Fullwell 73', he has produced multiple tv programs and films such as 'The class of 92' (2013)', 'Sunderland till I die (2018)'  and 'Cinderella (2021)'. Mock Interview  Interviewer feedback - I  am happy to see you want to bring your personal identity and uniqueness to your projects - it shows you want to show your personal attributes and this will make your work stand out. You showed that you are open to progression and open to challenges that may come along in the future. You showed that you were top in progression in some of your roles which is impressive. You were open to your weakness which was time management and had a clear plan of how to improve on this skill in the future. You specifically spoke about equality and diversity with Channel 4 which is great to see that you’re open to inclusion in the industry and that this is something that you’re passionate about. You were also able to describe a time you worked in a team and how you dealt with this challenge showing your problem-solving skill.
