  Media Industry-Employment The media industry encompasses all the businesses that allow information to be shared such as radio, television, newspapers, social media, video games, film and music. Traditional media is any form of mass communication that occurred before the introduction of the internet, e.g radio, newspapers, television and billboards. Digital media is any media introduced after the internet that uses a computer/electronic device to be spread. It is quite a broad spectrum and encompasses loads of media types such as social media, podcasts, online games, blogs and YouTube.  When leaving college, I would like to make my way towards a job in the media industry either in tv and film or digital media (podcasts, youtube, online articles).   My inspirations  Everything goes podcast Emma Chamberlain   Emma Chamberlain is a lifestyle vlogger who has accumulated more than 11 million followers through her vlog lookbooks ,  hauls and more. Emma became popular as she pioneered a new editing approach to her vlogs. On 11th   April 2019, Chamberlain launched her podcast ‘anything goes, she addresses a wide range of topics such as relationships, mental health, fashion and gut feelings . I love Emma's content because it's relatable, she targets a young adult audience (as she is a young adult) and bases her content around her life.  Parts of it (especially her podcast) are raw experiences and how she dealt with them which is almost a comfort to this type of audience as they will be going/have been through similar experiences.
